well im down to 200 lbs i wanted to be 199 by tomorrow will see.

that cleanser im using is good sometimes but im worried it might mess me up later.
i really have to eat very little protein and no red meat and eat more raw salads instead of cooked veggies.
yesterday i had:

boiled eggs
egg whites
1 oz polish sausage
pat of unsalted butter
turkey
spinach
romaine lettuce
1 T mayo
diet pop root beer
i also have a headache started yesterday don't know where that came from.

well didn't lose anything today,actually i gain 1lb, staying with my plan of eating and im not hungry. i found out every day is different ups and down so not to worry.

my fbs this morning 86 not bad but i like yesterday's 70

using that colonic cleanser every day, boy do i get cramps sometimes

eating plan is very simple
eggs, chicken,fish,greensalad,water,1/2c cooked green veggies(somedays),herbal teas to cleanse me out,decaf with stevia, sometimes 1/2 c dietpop no caffeine.
stay under 1000 calories not use but 1 teasp. of fat when i cook or dressing.
